OUR RETURN POLICY 

At Kyber Outerwear we try to be understanding and fair with everyone in all situations.

All returns have to be authorized by Kyber Outerwear Corporation. Please do not send any merchandise back without contacting us and getting a Return Authorization (RA) number. For RA number please contact Customer service at (613) 667-9652 or through E-mail: kyberouterwear@gmail.com

Returned merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered and have all tags attached to it.  If the merchandise shows any signs of use or abuse it will not be accepted.


Defective Merchandise 

With the exception of sale merchandise, which is non-returnable, all defective merchandise will be replaced.  If Kyber Outerwear does not have stock of an item, and cannot replace the item within a reasonable amount of time, a full refund will be issued.   Merchandise considered defective must be authorized by customer service. All defective returns freight cost must be prepaid in order to be accepted by Kyber Outerwear. Kyber Outerwear Corp. in its sole discretion, will determine whether the returned defective products are in fact defective. Kyber Outerwear is not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out.   Kyber Outerwear will not reimburse the cost of shipping the product back to us and it will at it’s sole discretion cover the cost to ship the replacement product to the customer.


CANCELLATIONS 

Orders cancelled after shipping out are subject to a restocking fee of 10% plus the original freight charge and any costs incurred in returning the freight.

Limited Time

Any requests to return product must be done within 14 days of receiving the product.  After 14 days we will not take back product regardless of the circumstances.
